Caterham buyer says Fernandes still owns team

+ Caterham’s buyer Engavest insists that despite fulfilling its end of the purchase, Tony Fernandes failed to transfer shares following his sale of the team in June, and therefore remains responsible for the outfit. Caterham released a strongly worded statement on Wednesday evening claiming Fernandes had failed to transfer the relevant shares to the new buyers following the team’s sale ahead of the British Grand Prix. This prompted the Malaysian to tweet: 'If you buy something you should pay for it. Quite simple.' However, Envagest, the Swiss-based buyer of Caterham, released a statement on Thursday insisting that it had fulfilled all the conditions of its agreement with Fernandes....
