Vettel: Pole was within our grasp

Sebastian Vettel was left to rue a poor final lap in qualifying at Singapore which ruined his hopes of claiming pole position. Red Bull appear to have made up a lot of ground on the pacesetting Mercedes at the Marina Bay Street Circuit, but Vettel could only post a 1:45.902 in his final run in Q3 on Saturday. He ended up only fourth fastest with the Merc pair of Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg locking out the front row while Daniel Ricciardo will start P3 in the other Red Bull. The German admits he had more pace, but just couldn't put together a good lap.
