Magnussen penalised for Alonso battle
– Formula 1 rookie Kevin Magnussen has been given a 20-second time penalty after his close battle with Fernando Alonso during the Belgian Grand Prix, dropping him to 12th and outside of the points-paying positions.More to follow.
