Verstappen set for trio of practice outings
– Max Verstappen is set for practice outings with Toro Rosso at the final three rounds of the 2014 season.In 2015, Verstappen, son of ex-Formula 1 pilot Jos, will become the youngest driver in the sport's history at just 17 years of age, having recently been confirmed as Daniil Kvyat's future team-mate at the Red Bull junior outfit.In preparation for the move, Toro Rosso is planning a test in an old car, followed by a trio of practice sessions."In a few weeks we want to do a test with him – just to give him a feeling – with a three-year-old car," Toro Rosso team boss Franz Tost explained to reporters, including GPUpdate.net, at Spa-Francorchamps on Thursday.When quizzed...
