Hamilton plays down FRIC removal

– Lewis Hamilton says he is not expecting much of a difference to the handling of his Mercedes after the removal of front-and-rear-interconnected (FRIC) suspension for this weekend's German Grand Prix.Last week, FIA Race Director and Technical Delegate Charlie Whiting sent a letter to Formula 1 teams informing them that FRIC could be challenged from the Hockenheim event, after a study of designs up and down the grid.And in the wake of failed attempts to agree on a pact, whereby teams would refrain from protesting for the remainder of the season, a number of outfits – including Mercedes – have chosen to remove the system.But Hamilton is confident that he will still have a strong...
