Getty Images Enlarge Kimi Raikkonen said Ferrari simply got the timing wrong for his qualifying lap at the British Grand Prix, leaving him 18th on the grid for Sunday's race once penalties are taken into account. Raikkonen and team-mate Fernando Alonso were knocked out in the first stage of qualifying after failing to get on track when the conditions were at their best. Raikkonen went out on slicks but only after most other drivers had set improved times, and then got caught out by rain at the end of the session.
