Lotus reserve Sorensen joins MP Motorsport
Marco Sorensen
Lotus F1 Team reserve driver Marco Sorensen joins MP Motorsport starting from this weekend at Silverstone. This will be the first time that the 23 year-old Danish will be at the wheel of a GP2 car.
With support from key commercial partner Saxo Bank, Sorensen makes his debut in GP2 Series after an impressive career in single-seaters where, in recent years, he has competed in the Formula Renault 3.5 Series as a Lotus F1 Team ‘junior driver’.
