Kobayashi: Bianchi deserved a penalty
– Caterham's Kamui Kobayashi has expressed his surprise after no action was taken against Jules Bianchi in the Monaco Grand Prix.Kobayashi was passed by Bianchi around mid-distance, but the move at Rascasse was far from clean and the Frenchman made contact three times, before eventually taking ninth and scoring two points for Marussia.
