2014 Formula 1 Season Preview: The Technical Changes

One senior engineer recently described the technical regulation changes in 2009 as a ripple in comparison to the tidal wave that the teams face for 2014. This statement in itself provides sufficient evidence as to just how challenging it will be to deliver performance from the all-new powertrain and reduced downforce aerodynamic package.
