Renault need to make up ground

Testing gets underway in Bahrain on Wednesday where reigning World Champions Red Bull and engine supplier Renault are hoping for better. Although Sebastian Vettel is still ranked as the man to beat by top online sportsbook, the German's first test of the pre-season was anything but successful. Red Bull Racing and their Renault engine struggled with overheating and other issues resulting in just 21 laps over the course of the four days at Jerez. Renault, though, vowed to fix their "few issues" and will head to Bahrain confident of better but concede that they have some ground to make up.
