De la Rosa to test in Bahrain

Ferrari has announced that Pedro de la Rosa and Jules Bianchi will be on duty at next week's three-day tyre test in Bahrain.As first revealed by Pitpass, the FIA has given the all-clear for teams to use their 2013 cars for the test - aimed at helping Pirelli with its development of the 2014 rubber - whereas previously only 2011 cars were allowed. Furthermore, all eleven teams have been invited to attend the test though only six have taken up the offer.De la Rosa’s work at the wheel of the F138 over the first two days will be important in terms of defining the continuation of the simulator development work began by the Spaniard in 2013.
