FIA confirms revised calendar for 2014
Formula One racings governing body, the FIA, has published a revised calendar for the 2014 world championship following a meeting of its World Motor Sport Council in Paris on Wednesday. The season will kick off in Australia on March 16 and conclude in Abu Dhabi on November 23. The two new races - in Austria and Russia - will be held on June 22 and October 12 respectively. The three Grands Prix listed as provisional on the original 2014 schedule - America (New Jersey), Korea and Mexico - do not feature on the revised calendar.
