Caterham deserve 10th place – van der Garde

Giedo van der Garde believes Caterham deserve to finish 10th in the constructors' championship, as the team has been faster than rivals Marussia since the fifth round of the season. The Dutchman isn't giving up on the position and is determined to help the team jump ahead of their Banbury based opposition in the final two races. A slow start to the season for Caterham helped Marussia's Jules Bianchi claim 13th place at the Malaysian Grand Prix, finishing 30 seconds clear of Charles Pic. However, the team started to close the gap in Bahrain and since the Spanish Grand Prix in May, they have consistently out-qualified and out-raced Bianchi and team-mate Max Chilton.
