Boullier: We are waiting
Lotus chief Eric Boullier has insisted that defining the team's financial "scenario" for 2014 is the prerequisite for deciding on their driver plans for next season.Despite battling for second place in the Constructors' Championship heading into the final three rounds of this year, Lotus's off-track predicament is more uncertain as they continue bidding to tie up an investment deal with the Quantum consortium.
