Red Bull fined, Vettel reprimanded for donuts
October 27th, 2013 (F1Plus / Chris Cameron-Dow) - Sebastian Vettel became the youngest ever four-time World Champion today, when he won the Indian Grand Prix and put himself in an unassailable lead in the 2013 World Championship. Vettel celebrated his win with a few post-race donuts on the start-finish straight, which entertained the crowd but did not amuse the stewards. As an indication of just how much Formula One is out of touch with the importance of engaging with its fans, Vettel's post-race celebration was against regulations. According to the rules of Formula One, a driver must proceed directly to parc ferme after the conclusion of the race. Vettel did not do so, which accordingly...
