Marussia signs commercial agreement

Marussia has become the final team to sign a commercial agreement with Formula 1 supremo Bernie Ecclestone, the outfit confirmed to GPUpdate.net on Friday afternoon. The Banbury-based squad was isolated in not securing a new seven-year deal with Ecclestone as discussions over a new Concorde Agreement gathered pace earlier this season, but it has now put pen to paper after concluding successful discussions. With Marussia's situation finally resolved, all 11 teams are now committed to the sport until at least the 2020 campaign, when the next series of renewals is scheduled.
