Webber warns of 'vacuum'

Mark Webber has warned that Formula 1 must be careful not to leave itself with a "vacuum" of star driver talent amid the increasing tendency for teams to employ drivers with financial backing.Although far from being a new phenomenon in F1, the debate surrounding so-called 'pay' drivers has gained fresh prevalence in recent years owing to the squeezes placed on teams' budgets by the global financial struggles.
