Smedley set to leave Ferrari for Williams

Felipe Massa's race engineer Rob Smedley is set to leave Ferrari at the end of the year, following in the Brazilian's footsteps. However it isn't certain if Smedley will be heading to the same destination as Massa, with reports suggesting the Ferrari driver could be off to Sauber or even Lotus. Smedley meanwhile is rumoured to be heading back to England to join the Williams F1 team in a more senior position than he currently holds in Maranello. The 39-year-old's radio messages to Massa are some of the most well-known, including 'Felipe baby, stay cool', but they may become a thing of the past.
