Vettel Fastest in Final Practice at Spa

Sebastian Vettel topped the timesheets in the final practice session for the Belgian Grand Prix at Spa-Francorchamps. The German’s fastest lap, a 1:48.327, was 0.105 seconds quicker than Fernando Alonso’s best effort. Mark Webber was third fastest, while Jean-Eric Vergne, who was top of the timesheets after all of the teams had made their long runs on the Pirelli hard tyre, ended the session in an excellent fourth place. Felipe Massa was fifth, ahead of Jenson Button in sixth. An impressive lap from Esteban Gutierrez saw the Mexican finish the session seventh.
