Sirotkin: I will be ready in 2014

Sergey Sirotkin knows he still has a lot of to learn in Formula One, but he is confident he will be ready to make the step up next year. The teenager joined Sauber's development programme last week with the view of promoting him to a race seat in 2014. The deal formed part of a sponsorship agreement that was signed with three Russian companies. At the age of 17, it is no surprise that Sirotkin's motorsport experience is pretty limited with his current stint in the Formula Renault 3.5 Championship his highest level of competition.
