'McLaren moving in right direction'

They may still be some way off from challenging at the front of the grid, but McLaren are finally making progress. That's the view from team principal Martin Whitmarsh after Jenson Button and Sergio Perez claimed the team's highest points haul of the season in Germany. Both Button and Perez finished in the points for only the third time this season with the former securing P6 and his Mexican team-mate bringing his car home in eighth place. The result in German was certainly good news for the Woking squad after they failed to pick up points at Silverstone and Montreal. "Obviously I'm not doing handstands or anything like that," Whitmarsh is quoted as saying by Press Association...
