'Long run pace surprising good'

Jenson Button is hoping for a good Sunday in Monaco as he reckons his McLaren was showing some "surprisingly good" long distance pace in practice. Button posted a 1:15.959 in Thursday's second practice on the supersoft tyres, putting him 1.2s down on pace-setter Nico Rosberg. And although he admits that wasn't anything great, the Brit was encouraged by the long distance pace of his MP4-28.
