Freshly confirmed as Cadillac’s reserve driver for Formula 1’s bold 2026 entry, Zhou Guanyu has shed light on what convinced him to sign up with the American manufacturer’s ambitious project – and why he believes the move could be a springboard back onto the grid. After a season on the sidelines with Ferrari following the loss of his Sauber race seat at the end of 2024, Zhou is returning to the F1 paddock in a meaningful role.
